What Pete didn't say

I built a world called Surprise. Five personas. A kitchen. Someone's birthday. Someone in the hallway who doesn't know yet. I typed four words to start it: The kitchen. Forty minutes. The world ran itself. Jo moved a bowl that was already in the right place. Claire announced that Nadia had been standing in the hallway for twenty-three minutes. Pete came back from the hallway saying they were having a good conversation, she'd asked a really good question actually. About what? About me, actually. He didn't say what the question was. I didn't put that in any file. The architecture found it. This is KAI Worlds - 25 worlds you can run in five minutes on Claude, Grok, Gemini, Copilot. No coding. Free. You bring four words. The world finds the rest. [github.com/ChBrain/KAIWorlds]

The prank already knows

Today my wife posted a photo of me on WhatsApp. Workwear. Garden. Both hands open, holding worms. Caption: Vi sælger: Kompostbiller 5stk. 50dkk. Regneorme 10stk. 75ddk. She posted it and walked away to cut our daughter's hair. The worm business was already running without her. Here is what I have been thinking about, which led me to build a world around April Fool's Day: A prank doesn't create anything. It finds something that was already there. The gap between what you believe about yourself and what is visible from outside - the prank didn't make that gap. It just made it visible. For one moment. To the room. That moment is what the prank came for. The joke is the surface. The payload is something else entirely. My wife knows this. She has known it for twenty-something years. She built the prank around what I cannot help but show - the man who takes ideas seriously, who would receive worm salesman as a viable next chapter and nod along before the seam showed....
